MOTTERSHEAD(Reginald).Michael, Susanne and Diana are overwhelmed and blessed by the out pouring of affection and praise shown for their father and are very grateful for the comfort and sympathy they have received from everyone and for the kind donations to The North Staffs Heart Committee and Moorlands Phone Link. The family appreciate the care given to their father from friends of Phone Link, Sue Ryder Care and the John Kelso Practice, also special thanks to Rev. Preb. Lawrence Price and Rev Roger Woods and S. Sigley & Sons for the kind and sensitive way they guided them through the funeral arrangements and service.
